about

This would be Kaspar’s fourth single. His first 2018 single being Sailing, recorded at Rabadash records in New Orleans. His second single, Red Bull Blues, recorded in his bedroom, and his third being Jojo being recorded at Abbey Road Studios in 2019.

Jersey Farm Blues was recorded after a short tour of the deep south in May 2019 at Abbey Road studios along with his previous single, Jojo. The song features a blues song, with a rock sound and a catchy hook that anyone can get down with!

The song was written after Kaspar and a group of friends were mercilessly attacked while on a night out when they were 17. Since then, Jersey Farm (a small village in St Albans, Hertfordshire) has always had a dark memory attached to it and this is transcended to the listener in the anger and attitude of this song.

Kaspar plays the bottle neck slide and sings with his backing band, The Swamp Dogs featuring Mia Casey (drums) and Sebi Rejahl (Bass)
